Using blood lactate sampling at progressive exercise intensities, this test establishes your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds - the foundation for evidence-based training zone prescription.

⚠ Health & Safety Notice

This test involves submaximal to near-maximal exercise effort and requires a small fingertip blood sample at each stage. Please consult your GP before booking if you have any existing cardiovascular, respiratory or musculoskeletal conditions.

Cancellation & refund policy

Cancel up to 48 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability. Contact hello@jumpknock.com to rearrange.
