Pricing questions

Do customers pay to use Jump Knock?
No. Browsing, following and submitting booking enquiries are always free for customers. Pricing only applies to professionals who list services.
When does the platform fee apply?
The platform fee applies per paid booking transaction. It is deducted from the payment before funds are transferred to your Stripe payout account. Enquiry-only bookings have no fee.
What is the difference between Pro and Studio?
Pro reduces your platform fee to 8% and allows up to 20 published services, ideal for active coaches. Studio reduces it further to 5% and allows up to 50 listings, designed for teams and multi-service studios.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Creator Dashboard, Billing. Changes take effect immediately and your billing is prorated by Stripe.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are handled via Stripe Connect. Connect your Stripe account from Creator Dashboard → Payments and Stripe will transfer funds to your bank on a rolling schedule.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your account reverts to the Starter plan at the end of the current billing period. All your data, listings and bookings are preserved.
