Jump Knock is a sports coaching marketplace operated by Jump Knock Ltd. We connect athletes with coaches and sports professionals. Our platform is currently in beta - enquiry-based and paid bookings are live via Stripe.
Account data - When you register, we collect your name, email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Profile data - If you create a professional profile, we store your display name, bio, sport, location, and any images you upload.
Booking enquiry data - When you submit a booking enquiry, we store your name, email, preferred date/time and message so that the professional can respond.
Usage data - We collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information. This is used only for platform security and debugging.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
We use the following third-party providers to operate Jump Knock:
Stripe - Payment processing for paid booking requests. Stripe handles card data directly and is PCI-DSS compliant. Jump Knock does not store card numbers.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Booking enquiry data is retained for the duration of the booking relationship.
Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
Jump Knock uses a single session cookie for authentication purposes. No third-party tracking cookies are set. We do not use advertising cookies.
