Terms and conditions

  • New users only - one credit per account.
  • Minimum spend of £50 required to use credit.
  • Credit expires 60 days after your account is created.
  • Credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
  • Credit is not transferable between accounts.
  • Credit applies to eligible coaching, performance and wellness bookings only.
  • Credit cannot be used on services owned by the same user.
  • Jump Knock reserves the right to cancel credits in cases of suspected abuse.
