How booking works

Our team checks availability with the provider and locks in your slot within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with the venue address.

Attend your session

Arrive at the venue as instructed in your confirmation email. Have any questions? Reply to your confirmation email.

After your session

You will receive a confirmation email from the Jump Knock team within 1-2 business days with your venue address, appointment time, and any final preparation notes. If you have any questions before your session, simply reply to your confirmation email.

Cancellation & refund policy
